Ryder & Associates is an international coaching and consulting firm dedicated to the professional development of women. Founded and directed by Valerie Ryder, Ryder & Associates has strategic affiliations across Europe and in the United States with first-rate coaches and consultants, all of whom are women with international backgrounds and proven business experience. Valerie is based in Milan, and travels regularly to her satellite offices in Boston and Paris.

| Valerie is a multicultural, multilingual executive coach with over 15 years’ experience in international finance, human resources and administration. She has served as Director of Finance & Administration, European Operations, for several leading multinational corporations. Valerie obtained her BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston and is a graduate of Corporate Coach University International. She is a member of both the International Coach Federation and the Federazione Italiana Coach. An active contributor to the international professional women’s community, Valerie is the President of the Professional Women’s Association of Milan and serves on the board of directors of the European Professional Women’s Network.
